Background
Khel Khel Mein Foundation (KKMF) is a registered non-profit organization started in 2013. They focus upon, holistic development of children in under-resourced schools & communities through the medium of sports. The primary focus of KKMF is to ensure a structured platform for children to PLAY and then building upon the experience to nurture their physical, mental, emotional and social growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
KKMF is inviting experienced professions working in the field of community outreach & stakeholder management for this role. This role offers you with extensive opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the sports and development sector at the grassroots level. This position will provide you a lot of scope to hone your strategic planning, leadership, and motivational skills. In this role, you will be managing community relations involving multiple stakeholders across schools and beyond school as well to ensure effective implementation of KKM Sports. The role shall test you broadly on your people skills, operational and team management expertise in a challenging scenario.

The job entails:
  •  Building & managing a relationship with parents, local administration, and schools. Encouraging children from the community, & schools to participate in a structured sports program
  • Managing parent relations with parents of children enrolled in KKM program to facilitate sustained and holistic development of the child through timely dissemination of child wise growth data reports
  • Identifying & mobilizing community youth interested in sports to facilitate coaching for community children
  • Organizing quarterly mohalla tournaments to build interest and participation from youth & children
  • Identifying localized play spaces and liasoning the process of revamping them
  • Co-ordinating with KKM coaches in the community to ensure effective implementation and timely administering of monitoring studies

Prerequisites
  • Being a full-time role, you are expected to provide a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • The applying candidate should have three or more years of relevant and strong experience in the field of community-based programs especially involving school children and sports. 
  • Having an understanding of Soccer/ Kho-Kho would be an added advantage
