Background
RedCarpet is a YCombinator 2015 startup trying to disrupt lending and credit in India. They crunch alternative data sources and use them to build honest & sustainable credit for the Indian consumer.  RedCarpet envisions itself as the next generation of credit & banking on the smartphone. Their core products include the startup's apps and APIs. 
Roles & Responsibilities
RedCarpet is not looking for interns. They are looking for Design Ninjas/Hustlers, who know how to solve problems and get things done. They are looking for super-humans, who can work and learn along with the creative team of a fintech startup.  

​If you are someone who has really just wanted to be a designer, you are RedCarpet's person.
Prerequisites
  • The candidate should be found wandering on Pinterest and other design websites.
  • The candidate should have a good sense of aesthetic.
  • The candidate should have the skills in making dull marketing collaterals look like pieces of artwork, as well as, in designing crazy social media graphics.
  • The candidate should have a good hold over English and Hindi.
  • Understanding of basic visual design and UI/UX is a must.
  • Also, the candidate should have a willingness to learn.
